I just went through the sniffer here recently with the H.C. and mods below. I am sure its probably the temp that screwing you up but even with a 160 stat and a very cold day I had no problems.

Standards/Actual reading

HC- 1.1000/0.0420
CO- 20.0000/0.2110
NOx- 2.3000/0.0040
CO2- na/40.7763

Dave, what gear was the car in when they made the test?

I'd try 2nd gear if I were you. Higher gears may load up the motor too much on the dyno and cause you to fail. You'll want as little load on the motor as possible during the pull/test.

check to see you have no bad wires, misfires will do this, make sure you're o2's are good, timing might be a bit high at idle/etc... mostly for performance causing you to do bad for HC, high CO would indicate lots of fuel aswell.

Hehe, 93's going from 100* up I remember when I had mine

well i just got the car out of the shop and they didnt fix ****...they tested the continutiy of the o2 wires and they arnt burnt in half...they claim that the fact that the computer throws the 13 and the 63 means theres nothing wrong with it....at this point i am TOTALLY stumped...i cant even find anyone compenent enough to work on the car...the only thing i can think to do is take the headers off and put the stock internals back in so the gm dealership will actually work on it....bout ready to sell the pos at this point.

well ive been thinking...the o2s used to work even with all the mods i have and it seems like they started messing up when i rounded off a header bolt and had to take the driver side header bolt off....well my dad told me i needed to put silocon seal on the header and im thinking that maybe that made the o2 go bad...

Not an expert on this, but isn't high HC and CO a sign the cat is going.
