Extremely High Pitched Whine

I have a very high pitched whine, almost sounds electrical, comming from the engine bay. It only happens when I start to accelerate but isnt contineous. It wont happen reving in neutral. I searched alittle bit and alot of people have said alternator, ps pump, or idle tensionor and i am pretty sure it is neither of these. It happend right after i did the manual fan switch. After I noticed the sound I removed switch and all the wires and used electrical tape to cover the opening in the wire running to the relay. At first i thought the relay wire was somehow exposed and I tried to recover it many times but to no avail. I also thought it could be a lose wire running to the fuse/relay box that got dislodged when i was pulling it off its base but i've checked many times and everything seems to be connect right but its hard to tell. I have even pushed all the wires in alittle bit incase it became slightly lose. Anyone have any clue to what it could be.
