Exclamation exposed flywheel

I jacked the car up to get started on removing some things, and noticed i could see the flywheel. I'm guessing this isn't a good thing, but take a look and let me know. The car was converted from A4 to M6, but I was thinking there should still be a cover...

LOL

Yes there is a cover that is supposed to go in there.

I've got a 6-spd Firebird, 5-spd Mustang, and Automatic Mustang.

I'm trying to remember which has to go on before you put the transmission on...or something, It's late and I'm lost. Actually I think they all come off.

Bottom line, yes, there is supposed to be a cover there.

Yeah, how about grease, dirt, oil, ****, crud, and everything else getting kicked up into there and screwing up your clutch.

Yeah a metal cover is supposed to go there. If your pulling your tranny then just slap it back on. If not, then you gotta cut the little hole in half where the starter would go. Then it slides right in. Youll know what i mean when you see it.
Peace
