Exhaust POLL

I have SLP headers and no cats. I'm probably going to get just the muffler since I already have an electric cutout. Let's here what the majority of you prefer.

I love my loudmouth, but that would be too loud with headers and no cats, i would suggest an slp 2otl. But why even bother with a muffler when you have an electric cutout? That defeats the whole purpose of the muffler.

I only have the cutout open about 20% of the time, so I want a good sounding muffler for everyday driving.

A cutout is a little V shaped insert you put on your I-pipe. You can either open or close it. When it's open it routes exhaust gases through it instead of through the muffler. Basically like running the car without a muffler. It's quite loud.

An electric cutout opens your cutout electronically. Keeps you from having to crawl under the car and take off the a plate.

A cut out is a piece of pipe that you can weld into your exhaust that has an opening that you can cap and uncap. This is beneficial because you can bypass your muffler and gain hp, and have a mean sound. An electric cut out is a cutout that opens with a switch so you do not have to get under the car to open it.

I have a cut out on my car and I just have the Flowmaster 80 series muffler on it. The guy before me put it on, and I installed the cut out on it. I didn't see the need to get a cat back when I have the cut-out open 99% of the time. The muffler sounds nice when the cut-out was closed, but it was not loud enough for me!

Random Technology. Its cheap ($350), the best HP gain from all Cat-backs (do search on the web), and it SCREAMS at WOT!!! I had flowmaster, hooker and SLP 2OTL but Random Tech SCREAMS like no other!!! If you want to scare everybody buy it. It sounds normal when you drive normal, but when you punch it will make those little Hondas cry!!!

Ps. Only better option is electric cat back + flowmaster. The exceptional deep rumble of flowmaster and the scream of open cutout on demand is just perfect!!

I have the flowmaster now but I'm tired of it and want something else for when the cutout isn't open.

I voted for Hooker but I say whatever is cheapest. You already have an electric cutout so you are not going for gains, just sound quality. Id say Loudmouth but with no cats it wouldn't sound the best. Whatever is the cheapest I say get.
