Borla can be loud or mellow almost stock sounding...

I'd say go with a Magnaflow muffler Mine came installed on the car and I love it. At idle it has a nice, deep purr, but step on the pedal and all hell breaks loose! It sounds downright mean without being loudly obnoxious. And at cruising speeds, it has that American V8 rumble that will turn heads and will make you want to take the long way home.

I totally forgot about SLP 2otl. I sounds soooo good. If you dont mind the 2 pipes onthe left then you will love it. When I had it it was louder than my buddies Hooker(he had just the muffler). great idle and awesome at 3500+ rpm. I shouldnt have took mine off.

Mufflex!! They offer 3.5inch and 4inch. They'll outflow all the others. A single 3inch is only equivalent to dual 2 1/4inch pipes. But I must say I love the sound of my SLP 2OTL exhaust. It is on my car right now and it will be for sale shortly.

I have to agree. Ive had a borla for about 3 years but I plan on switching to a 4 inch mufflex at somepoint. My friend had it and I liked it.

Here's another vote for Random Technology, but I opted for the stainless steel one. A bit pricey at $590, but WELL worth it. Lifetime guarantee, doesn't drone at all, nice rumble at idle, and sounds like a freakin Nascar at wide open. It's on my black car BTW.

I do like the Magnaflow though. Cheap (if bought on Ebay), very asthetically pleasing with the 3 1/2" tips, and has a great sound from the clips that I've heard. It's getting the nod for my other T/A.
