Exhaust ORP Question

Ok, here's the deal. My black car is currently registered in NJ, needing inspection. I know it's not going to pass. Thus, I will be registering it in PA at girlfriends parents address, no emissions required. I'm looking at moving to an ORP, with a cutout on it for dyno tuning. What I'm NOT wanting to do is weld everything together. How much feasibly would it take to get a piece of pipe flanged and the proper ends to bolt it up to ASM Y-Pipe and Random Tech I-Pipe???

Thunder Racing has an ORP that'll do the job. $119 is a bit steep though..

You might be able to get one made cheaper than that by a shop, no harm in asking!

I'd probably be willing to pay that. I'm planning on having the center section cut out and a cutout installed, and am going to go the QTP electric route too. That way I can get a nice O2 reading on the wide band for tuning purposes, and make some noise too!! Thanks for the info!!!
