Alright I have had an exhaust leak or so i think for quite some time now......it is on the passenger side. I know what an exhaust leak sounds like but it seems to be coming from inside the head almost. All the bolts are tightened down ALL the way. It sounds like a chirping noice almost. another thing a hole for my header bolt got cross threaded and the guy who works on my car cut a bolt in half to get it in there since it would only go in half way. What do you guys suggest? this is getting really annoying.

 

The leak is probably right there at the point where the head meets the manifold. If the bolt hole is stripped you should retap it and put a new bolt on with new header gaskets.
