Exhaust Leak

I have an exhaust leak on my drivers side collector. I just replaced the gaskets with moroso aluminum gaskets. I bought my headers used and I think the collector flange is a little bit bent maybe from a bump or something. The leak is driving me insane from the ticking and random backfiring. Could I possibly put another aluminum gasket in with the one already there to help seal up the leak? Thanks in advance

Re: Exhaust Leak

I have similar Percy aluminum gaskets. I've had good luck with them. Take some COPPER RTV and put it on both sides of the gasket. I've used it on sealing my Y-Pipe connections--the RTV seems to be able to handle the heat.
