my LT1 has developed an exhaust leak on the drivers side at the flange of the stock y pipe and the stock header. the dealer just confirmed that it is a ball in socket flange, and also said its probably a cranked stock manifold. anybody else had any experience with this? i have no cash right now, but i guess i might be needing to put some headers on it. thanks.

 

yeah my friend just picked up a new exhaust manifold because his had cracked. Sounded exactly like you average exhaust pipe leak.

 

mine sounds like a tractor.

 

well for about $560 you can get a set of Jet-Hot coated MAC Midlengths...

I'm running on a leaking passenger manifold. I just forced myself to wait...
