Exhaust leak??

Okey I waxed my car today and was checking out under it.. (not a mechanic).. and I see a lil puddle.. well I look under and it looks like its dripping out from the exhaust pipe.. i put my finger in the water to see if it smelled like coolant or anything but it was just water.. I didn't actually see it drip down but there was a little puddle and the water was beading off the exhaust a little.. is this an exhaust leak or am I way off? Ive noticed Ive lost a little bit of power its right before the catylac converter (I think.. its about parallel to the oil filter if that helps any). Once again im not a mechanic so I dont' know if its suppose to do that or not.. I was actually looking to see if my O2 sensor was there but couldn't find it.. probably need to jack my car up.. does anyone know what happens if you unplug the o2 sensor thats by the oil filter? Cause my car has hesitation and im trying to fix it through any means possible and I heard that unplugging it makes it run in open loop and my car is a beast when cold but turns crap when its warm and in closed loop (so im told)

THanks alot sorry bout the long message.

it might just be condensation from the a/c, I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you're experiencing driveability problems..
