exhaust combo

I have a 95 z28 single cat car. I took it to ashop had the cat cut out and welded in a piece of 3in. pipe. other than that my exhaust is stock. it sounds really good but I was wanting to get loudmouths. does anyone have this done? will it it be to loud and raspy with lm's and no cat? what about enough backpressure?

The LM is a little raspy, but not to much...as far as back pressure goes, you will be fine with the cat back.

enjoy!!

Well I have a friend with that set up and not running the cat is what makes it just a little raspy. But it's nothing you can't live with. I think it sounds awesome.

I have LTs, off-road y, and a Loudmouth.

1. It's ****ing loud.

2. It can get pretty damn raspy.

3. Hopefully my new heads/cam setup will change that.
