Exhaust

Has anyone heard the Hooker system. Does it sound good?
How does it compare with Borla or Flowmaster?

there is a topic on this every day

I have hooker and I love it.. it has a deep mellow tone at idle and it lopes (my cam) and when you step on itr ight around 2500 people say it souds like a viper!!!!

Do a search in this forum for hooker. I started a thread yesterday about it. In there you will find sound clips of the hooker. As for the others, go to www.exhaustsoundclips.com

Hopefully some time this week I will post a sound clip of my exhaust system. It is unbelievable LOUD!!!

I know of two guys in my area with true duals, no cats and bullets, when I rev up to 6500 rpms my exhaust so much louder then theirs!!!! Oh yea…..I have no restrictor plate w/ my borla!!!

how about we start a thread where everybody posts a soundclip of thier exhaust(assuming they have a clip) then if someone asks the well tell them to go there...also assuming ppl keep thier clips hosted

good idea, it could even be made a sticky so it'd stay more or less at the top

well i mean ppl always ask what these exhaust settups sound like and there is a wide variation of settups that can be posted ....

helps keep down unecesary threads...not like i never posted an unecessary thread..but some ppl hate them..

anybosy wanna be in on this....im gonna c if i can get clips of my exhaust this weekend when i install my Loudmouth

i know with ls1's they got the ls1sounds.com site that has people with different catbacks with different variations (some headers, some cammed, etc.)
that might be an idea, but of course it would take some money to keep up on
