Before I tear this thing apart to find out whats going on. Does anyone have any ideas. Recently, I have a lot of excessive grinding. Its not the normal T56 noise. I feel it crusing at about 2200 rpm in first and when accelerating hard it feels real rough. Feels almost as though my driveshaft is out of balance. But I canked that theory when cruising down the highway at 55-90mph I feel nothing. When taking off I here crunching and grinding and the whole car shakes. Its nothing to do with the engine. Idles like a top and has NO power issues at all Its just the damn tranny. Its really pissing me off. I notice it more hot then cold. No slipping in the clutch at all, so it seems. Any ideas...please....

heh, thanks..... No one seems to know. I guess I'll find out sooner or later....

He approaches the line, revs the engine, drops the clutch and clunkety clunk clunk.....leaves his tranny at the line.....
