Planning on doing 1.6 RR, what else should I upgrade with these to see the best results. Also what kind would you recommend.

 

i have the crane gold's but $300 is high. I bet you could go with the proform or harland sharp's for $170. getting the heads p&p always complemints a good set of rockers

 

I would recommend either the Comp cam Pro mags or the crane golds. At the very least upgrade the valvesprings to the ones that come in the hotcam kit, and pushrods would be a wise investment. I am running the Pro mags with crane springs, and comp chromemoly pushrods.

 

You're going to have to upgrade the springs anyway. A nice spring compressing tool is nice to have when doing the back springs that are under the cowl. Only other thing that's nice to have with new rockers is a new cam.
