I have a horrible exhasut manifold leak so I bought some new gaskets and am going to try to replace them, as well as the bolts. I was just looking for some advice, pointers, things to watch out for, instructions, etc. Also, is there any chance changing the gasket and retightening everything will even work (I have a broken bolt)? I need a qucik fix untill i have time to drill out the bolt and get headers. Its so loud it I cant drive around anymore and its killing my gas milage. Thanks in advance.

 

MY advice is save $300 for some cheap headers. It's a TON of work getting the manifolds off of the heads, and that's 60% of the work involved in putting headers in.. Odds are with a broken bolt it will still leak.
