I need a list of parts that i would need to run it...my car is a m6 with 144,000 miles on it..im gettin a lil portin done to my heads...my car is basicly stock wit a cia and a bullet muffler...its not my dd so dont really care bout cam serage and what not....and could u please be specific with part numbers and price...thanks

where did u get those springs??and will i be alright with stock rocker arms

 

i can't remember exactly, might have been cmotorsports.com... the stock rockers should work, but to get everything out of it u should really go to a 1.6 roller rocker.

 

Stock rockers aren't made to handle that kind of lift. You need to change out the whole valvetrain to do it properly. NSA 1.6 Promags, GMPP guideplates, 918 beehive springs, quality pushrods, etc. PS, that cam is a bit much for the miles on your engine, you can find a smaller cam that will make almost the same hp and keep the rpm down a little. It's your call though.

 

It probably wouldn't hurt to add a stronger timing chain in there either.

 

Cam, springs, retainers,lifters, timin chain,1.6 rr, Lts, Gears , tune...so can where can i get these at a decent price??

 

I'd talk to a supporting vendor, they can piece you something together and save you a nice chunk of change.
