New ?

I got my other problems solved and yesterday while I was driving home I goosed it and the car started missing a little. I believe that it is the plugs however I had the datamaster recording and my ccp dc (charcoal canister purge duty cycle) was reading up to 31.4 and the egr was at 100 percent. What is this about?

The charcoal canister collects gas fumes when the engine is off. The system pulls these fumes back into the intake to reburn, thus purging the charcoal canister. The EGR system "dilutes" some of the intake air with exhaust gas (contains no oxygen) to reduce NOX emissions that can be caused when the conbustion chamber temps get too hot (when you lug your engine). Both of these conditions are normal.

As to your missing, I would check the plugs and plugs wires. Also does your scan show any knock during the missing period?

I am wondering what woud happen if the EVAP Canister Purge Solenoid Valve goes out or is disconnected? I am wondering if this is also the source of my hard start problem. I checked the vacum lines and they don't appear to be cracked. Everything else has been changed Fuel pump, injectors, fuel pressure regulator, plugs, wires, opti, etc. All vacum lines checked no leaks. What do you guys think?
