Every1 with le3 and le4 cams come in!!!

I was wondering if these cams are streetable. I have a 6'' rod 381 with le2 heads. t56 with 456 gears. What cam should i get??? I will drive this car 200 to 300 miles a week(alot of highway).

LE4 cam, it peeks 300 rpms higher than the le3

streetable is all in the tune

my LE3 383 was fine on the road. I had never driven a cammed car before and I loved it. with a driveability tune it would have been even better.

My LE3 383 is very streetable (comparable to a 350 with lt4 hotcam I had before) and my car is at least 500 lbs heavier than an average f-body.

I am going to be running a Le4 on a 383, will have to let you know then.

It should be streetable.

i'm doing a 385 w/le2 heads and le4 cam, see how that turns out. don't really care about drivablity, cause its not my daily driver any more.

i just sold my lt1 that had a 383 w/ a le4 cam and le3 equivalent heads...completely streetable and i daily drove it for 3 months and then sold it to start over with an ls1...like other people said its all in the tune

im running a 383 le2 heads, and a cam very similar to the le4 cam, it is streetable. i wouldent want to drive it every day. it is alittle finikey at low rpm's, driving around town. these big cams just like high rpm's.

i believe most are around 450RWHP, and ive seen LE2 setups run 11.20's all day, so id say high 10s for a LE3/LE4 setup (if setup properly)

I am aiming for a high 10 with my setup in the future.
