even the edelbrock 218 duration cam causes some problems with 93s

not being able to idle with the stock chip and running rich is to big of a cam In my opinion, A smaller cam like a ZZ4 might have been better For me I think. I dont know how people install big cams like the CC306 in there 93s and say there streetable.
I am finding out also that the problems with accell fuel injectors might be ture, the stock chip runs real rich untill the ECM dose its best to lean it out, and the chip I receved from a known chip burner ran realy realy lean at part throttle, so lean it bucked and jumped like a bull and backfired out of the exhaust offten in nutral part trotle. Now a second chip still runs noticeabley lean but better than the first, so it looks like a third an hopfully final chip will bring the AFM in line.
wheew... projects have seemingly never ending problems, its a good thing this isent my daly driver or I would be out of work!

yea, I have been working with one of those tuners to get the chip done, but somthing about my setup seems to be complicating things, because after two reburns its still not perfect

The Edlebrock cam isn't as prolific as most of the other cams being used, and the tuner probably hadn't done one before. It would act the same in a 94+ car as it would in a 93 if left untuned. Just give the tuner that you're using some time and he'll get you straightened out. If he's never done one of those cams before he's starting from scratch, and that takes time.

Fastbird, I never found the SD forum after it left the second time... Now I found it! I feel back at home finally!

Keep your faith in PCM4less, they are good guys he will take care of the problem. I"m sending my tune back to change it completely, new setup.. they are good.

Yeah, we went through some changes, but looks like this one is here to stay now.

If you are indeed using PCM For Less, give Alvin a chance. He WILL get you going right.
