Mine has cracked in two and is currently held together in several locations with electrical tape. I've called a local dealership, and according to them, the part has been discontinued and not available anywhere. Any ideas of how I can fabricate one since the two ends of the tube are different sizes? What are the effects if I plug the connectors or remove the evap solenoid completely and tune the system out?

 

You should be able to get some hard tubing at the parts store and some rubber adapters to go with it. Try a right angle spark plug boot on the TB end. You could always use some regular vacuum hose, too.
