ET Streets...tubes or no??

I was told I needed tubes with ET Streets but why exactly? If the tire spins on the rim the the stem would break off anyway and the tire would go flat regardless, anyone know why else I should get tubes??

Most don't run tubes "I don't" You might have to air your tires up more often then if you did have tubes. exp.. if you race once every 2 weeks your tires might be flat when you go to put them on. My first set didn't hold air good , the set I have now holds air good for about 4 weeks. The tube is more of a safety setup.

I ran tubes in my ets on my s-10 because i bought them used and wasnt sure about them so i put the tube in to compensate for possible holes.i think one had a patch. Any ways i ran 12.80 at 106 and they didnt break the valve stem. I dont know how they would have reacted with beadlocks. hope that helps.

No tubes in mine, but they're spinning on the rims, and keep losing air.
