error code P0140 after tune - any idea?

Hey guys, just got p0140 (OBD2) error code - i have o2 simulators, any ideas what i could do to get rid of it? this is on madz28.com tune

Switch the sims side to side, to see if the code switches sides (faulty sim) or stays where it was (faulty wire/extension).
