Engine Work
I'm looking to do some serious engine mods on my '96 Z28. I currently have FLP Long tube headers w/ the dual cat exhaust, custom bent cat-back exhaust (bent by Mufflex) with a Flowmaster muffler, hypertech power programer, Granatelli MAF, SS style top mount air box, and adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I had my car dynoed at SLP in Toms River, NJ, and with those mods I had 286HP at the wheels and 345HP at the crank. Now I'm thinking about getting a stroker kit and new heads and stuff, but I don't know much about that stuff. How much more HP would my engine produce? My goal is to push 450 - 500 HP at the engine. I'm thinking that these new engine components will strengthen the engine enough so I can put on a supercharger or something in the future. So...if anyone can help me out, send me an email at Violat0rX@hotmail.com, or repsond here. Thanx.
PS: If you also know of a place in either NJ, NY, or PA that will do engine work like that, let me know. I need to find a good reliable place, preferably someone who specializes in LT1's, f-bodies...etc.

i would either put on the SC right away or not build it for a SC. I don't think you would like building a stroker low compression supercharged motor with out the supercharger. You would not feel the power you are expecting.
