This the engine we all have and love?

Which of these ENGINES are the one that come stock in our cars?

and if its the one i think 285hp is that a good price?

It's hard to tell from their info, but it's not the 285 HP one. There may not even be an LT1 in that list.

and another thing, some of those engines are long block vrs short block when i buy which should i buy?

Short block does not include heads/intake, etc.
Long block depends. Sometimes it will include both the intake and heads and sometimes it will only include heads.

but would any of those 350 fuel injections just slide into my car and hook everything back up?

Nah, I wouldn't order one without making sure it's an LT1. Trying to fit something else in your car is simply not worth the time and money.

go to a salvage yard and pick up a complete engine. don't mess with any other 350 or they will be issues, if you want to keep it simple (if an engine swap can be called simple) get an LT1 5.7
