well, i got my vacuum gauge, so i'm about to check to see if my motor is running normal.

what is a leak down test, and how does one perform it?

i can use the same gauge for check fuel pressure right? how do i do that? where would i need to hook it up to?

leak down test is to see how much pressure is lost in the cylinder due to ring bypass or valves not sealing

i have never done it myself never needed to i dont want to go somwhere i havnt had experience with maybe someone else will know i have read it in college but never done it
