I'm getting what sounds like an internal engine tick on the driverside of my 97 lt1 wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what it could be. I have checked for an exhaust leak cause thats what it really sounds like and replaced manifold gaskets, not my problem though. Also checked fuel injectors and i have adjusted my rocker arms. Any help is appreciated! Car runs great just doesn't sound great.

 

Check and make sure that none of your spark plugs are loose.
