Engine removal? where to attach straps

Engine removal? where to attach straps

When lifting the body where do you attach the straps. I could not find any good description or pics.

I pull my intake off the engine when I pull the motor. Then I will attach a chain to the bolt holes in the intake on opposite sides, front and back.

i just ran a strap around the radiator support bar thing by the hood latch

Did u drop the motor on the k member? for me its easier to lift the motor out of the hood instead out of the bottom.

Thanks for the pictures. I think I have a handle on it now. Savannah Dan had some really good ideas on his website. We will see tomorrow, its comin out.

No, no, no! That's not my web site! Wish I could take credit for that. That's one of several sites I used to gain info before I pulled mine out the bottom about a month ago.
