Engine Barks when COLD!

Working on my cousin's 97 Z28. When it's cold in the morning the Engine makes a Barking sound.. Almost like a belt Squeal but the belt is fine.. It seems like it's coming from the Intake but I'm completely stumped on how to fix this. I pulled the TB Off and cleaned it throughly thinking maybe the Gasket had a leak or something. I also seafoamed the Inside of the intake as well. Still does it. Once the car is warmed up the noise goes away.. I checked the one way Air Injection Valves too.. They seem fine.. At this point I have no idea and open to any ideas anyone might have.

Thanks!

Is it a random noise, or is it a constantly repeating noise?

how about taking the belt off and starting the car.....of course dont leave it running like that, just to see if it still makes the noise.

madwolf It's only in the morning or when the car has completely cooled down. When you Rev it just a tad at the top of the Rev it makes that noise. For example. Lets say your feathering the throttle to back out of the driveway or something.. Everytime you engage the clutch and the Rev's jump up a little it makes that barking sound.

I'll give that a try! Thanks for the suggestion.
