Talking at end of motor build got a few things to ask

ok would it be ok right after build to get my car dyno tuned ? and what are some thing i should look for for frist start up?

won't be a problem. There is a belief that roller motors should be run hard when they are fired up to seat everything quicker.

Flat tappet cams need to be babied.

Before we ran my engine on the engine dyno for tuning, we ran it on the dyno under moderate load, varying RPM for about an hour. Shut it down, drained oil, changed filter, checked all torque specs. Then proceeded with numerous dyno pulls, ranging for 450HP NA to 762HP with nitrous.
