Emissions- What's left to replace/check

Ok i'm still failing emissions. Here's a list of the parts i've replaced, catalytic converter, optispark, plugs and wires, both 02 sensors, and i changed my oil right before i ran my car through and I got a Hc of 471 and the limit is 220. Everything else passes so what should i replace to get the hydrocarbon's down? I'm throwing 0 codes and i've tried running alcohol through and that got my Hc's down to 366 but that's still not low enough. Engine has approximatly 8,000 miles on it and it is tuned for the cam.
Also I let the tempature of my car get up to the middle mark (205?) to help pass but that didn't seem to lower it.

What type of test is performed? 2 speed idle, on the dyno & idle? Its obviously running rich with hc that high. Likely more tuning needed.

I just started it up and let it idle and then drove it around the neighborhood a little.

there are things you need to check, like is your Air filter dirty? too little o2 wont allow Check your fuel pressure, make sure that it is within specs. if it is too high it can be holding the injectors open. Also hook up a scan tool, and check the actual Engine coolant temp, if it goes bad it can make you run rich as well.

Does the car run well? I would look for others sources of fuel leaks that would cause hi HC levels; pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator and make sure it's dry as regulator diaphrams have been know to rip and allow fuel to get sucked into the vacuum line. Also might want to pull the fuel rail and check for leaking injector(s). Is your nitrous kit a wet kit? If so is the fuel soleniod leaking?

The car runs a lot better then it did since i've replaced a lot of things.
I've checked the vaccum line from the FPR and i could smell gas but it wasent wet or damp inside.
I havent checked the injectors yet so that's something i need to do.
I guess I could also spend some money on a new air filter since mine is starting to get a little dirty but I didn't think it would throw my HC's off that much. Also I just replaced the engine coolant sensor (forgot to mention) so it should be working properly.

Also the nitrous isn't even on my car i'm just now getting around to installing everything. Figured i might as well since I can't drive it till i can get tags anyways.
