emissions unsure why

ok, this is going to shock some people but, I failed emissions BADLY in the carbon monoxide dept and in the hydrocarbons.

hydrocarbons is 5.68, lvl to pass is .8
Carbonmonoxide is 98.25 pass lvl is 12.00
passed nox with a .1 pass lvl is 2.0

mods in sig and I added a cat into the y-pipe, no missing from what I can tell.

I am tossing a MAF 48 DTC, but that was from when it was unplugged when the wires were broken. Fixed and Maf works again. code still there.

also, my knock sensor is bad. wire were cut also, I will need to replace. But those should have any impact on my emissions shoul d it?

so, wth did I do to my car to make it worse then a shorty and !cat?

Thanks!

are you still throwing the code or you just havent cleared it yet?

edit: just noticed you have long-tubes. Did you let your car heat up enough and did you do any high-rpm driving so cat will light-off?
