Emissions testing
I wasn't sure where to post this so if there is a better place please move it.
I am wandering about emission testing that might happen in Ohio and have a few questions?
1. Do they test by the snifer or??
2. What if you have a car with nothing original in it (a buddy has a 94ss S10 with a 355 and a wield blower at 8psi. boost and another with a 92 mustang notch back with a 460 that he drives around) can they put cats on them that will eat up all the emissions and test like that?
3. If you delete the Egr, Air pump, and factory Ypipe (96 97style) and put a good cat that will eat up all the stuff can you get away with that?
