I'm going long tube headers in the future. Will I gain anything besides more room if I go no emission fittings on the headers. The state I live in doesn't have emissions yet but as green as this state is I'm sure in the future they will. If I go non emissions headers will I just have to block off the egr and get rid of air pump?

 

There is really little to be gained by removing the AIR and EGR systems, other then, as you already know, a cleaner engine bay. If you think your state is going to require emissions testing in the future, I would just stick with the emissions style headers.
