does anyone or can anyone find one for a 1997 T/A?

 

Do you mean a vacuum routing diagram like the one that's on top of the radiator cover? Or are you looking for the wiring diagrams?

 

possibly an emissions diagram, what part goes where and the numbers.

i need to get my car back legal (i was stupid and took the stuff off)

You could always download the (350MB) parts manual for your car:

(as long as you're not on dial-up)

Check out that site... you might find what you're looking for in a smaller file. But that parts manual will have everything, with PN's and diagrams.
