electrical problem (Lights)

I just bought a 93 Z28. It is in very good shape and runs perfect. The only problem is that the running lights do not come on (tail and corner lights when the headlights are turned on). I am wondering what would cause this. The brake lights work fine and the signal works when giving signal or caution. The problem is the lights wont come on when the headlights are turned on. Any help would be great. I checked and all bulbs are good.

The tail and corner lights are on the same circuit so I'd check the obvious, the fuse... If the fuse is ok, I'd use a test light or voltmeter to see if current is getting to the fuse panel... Then you can trace down which side the problem is.
