Thumbs up

I am running a Mezier WP & the car has never run cooler. It very rarly get past 175 degrees coupled with the 160 thermostat sitting in a hot summer traffic jam. As for the use on a daily driver I'd have the indicator light for reassurance.

Is there a way to put in a better quality motor or there is no way around it.

I think the CSI has a better rep. for out lasting other brands. But I have also heard the same company makes the part for each of them they just have a diffrent housing. Maybe someone else knows more to the stroy.

CSI-901LT1

Water Pump Conversion Kit Fot LT1 Chevy (1993-1995)

$135.95

That's pretty much the going rate. You could also check out some of the sponsors websites.

another vote for CSI!! Mine has work flawlessly for me. my engine temp never rises above 180, with 160 thermo. even in a hot Texas summer traffic jam.

all these places are saying that the CSI is for 93-95's is that just an error, do they not fit the 96's and 97's...do they require more modification or something....?

Also I guess im going to order one if its for 96's, where can i find info about wire scheme and info on wiring a LED activation lamp for saftey....

I have run the Meziere HD unit for about 2 years. I have never had a problem. If the stocker goes out, it will leave you in the same predicament as the electric, so why not free up a few horses? The CSI wasn't out when I purchased mine, but have since had a few friends around here that have them. They seem to be working well. One of them is a 97", so you should have no problem with making it fit.

Summit and jegs say 93-95 for there Electric pumps.. But these pumps will fit 93-97 just fine.

Ive been running the CSI for 2000 miles now... no problems..

I'll probably by another one and leave it in the car just incase. It'll be cake to install a new pump. No more 4 hour job installing a water pump... more like 15 minutes.

To all of you who have put in an indicator light to let you know if it is working or not. This only works if for some reason the waterpump is not getting electricity, but if the motor dies, then the waterpump is still getting electricity, and your light will not go on. Unless of course you wire in an ammeter or something.
