electric water pump

i was looking into buying an electic water pump for my 96z28 which is my daily driver and i was wondering how long i can expect my pump to run for before it dies on me

meizmere says 2000 hours, which is probably about 60k+ miles... summit has one they say 10,000 hours... i dont believe that, but... and there are others, but i think 2,000 hours is about right.
