After 3 mech pumps in 60k I'm ready to try an electric. What I was wondering is has anyone wired up an empty fuse and empty relay location in the underhood fuse box to run the pump from? Seems like a good idea to me but I'm not an electrician. Does this seem like an easy workable idea?

I just need the wire ends to stick in the fuse & relay locations, right?
