i have a electric fan switch hooked up,now i bought a manual fan switch the other day. so what would happen if i left the electric fan switch still connected with the manual switch?

 

There's a difference? What does the electric fan switch do? Is it for a seperate fan? If it's for a third fan that does not run through the harness, then it should operate independently from the manual fan switch.

 

all it means is the fans come on sooner to keep the car cooler..
