Electric Cutouts

first off, I no this is the last thing most of you want to hear but im new to this. Now that thats out of the way Im interested in getting an electronic cutout, and a better Y-pipe to work with the stock setup.

My Questions:
-Is there a company out there that makes a Y-Pipe electronic Cutout combo, or is that asking for too much? (edit: what I meant was I dont want a custom one)
-Ive heard that putting a cutout before the cat causes a error in the computer. Is there any way to get around this?
-Would the better option be a Y-Pipe and a cutout after the cat?
-How complicated is cutout wiring?

If any of you have pictures of your setup that would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

-No, you buy it and you get it welded in.
-Place it after the cat, or better yet, get rid of the cats if you can
-They all come with detailed instructions, shouldn't be a big problem.

Hope this helps.

you could put it wherever you want to put it. But i would recommend you put it after the cat. I'm going with the DMH cutout also. I have heard nothing but good about them.

ok im gonna shout this one out so i can save you the anger i and many others have gone thru...

DO NOT BUY A MCCORD POWEPLATE They are JUNK and WILL FAIL on you. Probably within the first 2 months and when they do DO NOT expect Keith McCord to help you out cause HE DOES NOT stand behind the pile of crap that he sells

its been like 3 months for me and mine crapped out on me the motor like JUST DIED

i sent keith an email about it asking if there was anything he could do and he's like acting all shady about it turns out his great customer service in the begining isn't so great once he sell's you his POS product!! I mean I didn't care if I had to pay to get it fixed, but this guy just DOES NOT want to stand behine his product

i wish like hell i would have gotten the QTEC cutout so i could still be rollin with an electric cutout!

just a heads up
