Well I have decided to go with a CSI pump after doing a search and since I only drive my car about 3 times a week. The extra power should be nice. Well on to my ? my stock pump is leaking out of the weep hole, so can I use that housing for the electric pump or do I need to pick up a housing that does no leak.

You use that housing. You'll be replacing the guts of the pump with the CSI, so no more leaking bearing.
