Eibach drag launch kit settling LOW.

I installed the Drag Launch kit and when I first got it on the ground everything was good sat higher in front but that was ok cause LT headers were installed as well, drive around last nite for about 20 miles (first long trip since finishing install) and get back to the house and the front end is sitting low, like lowering spring low, I pull the front wheels and everything seems ok.
Is the drag launch kit supposed to settle down this low? I thought I was gonna have great ground clearance, this will teach me to open my mouth before seeing long term results.

No. Mine is still slightly higher than stock height. It should not settle "low" as you describe.

Then I don,t know whats wrong.
The car rolls and handles fine and everything looks good in there, I just lost some ride height. I have to use 2 jacks to get my floor jack under the car.
I know it may not help much but I am gonna stiffen up my front shocks and see what that does..

I don't think stiffening up the front shocks won't help any, they work the opposite way that you're thinking of. Their purpose is to absorb impacts, and they do that by their extending resistance (Valving). I would try some Drag Shocks, but I'm no expert, so please keep us informed.

I know it won,t effect my ride hieght problem but setting the shocks stiffer may help with the scraping of the mufflers problem by not letting the front end move so much up and down.
I am going to contact Eibach and see if I have a problem.
Will let you all know.

Ok, after sitting overnite on jackstands with the suspension hanging I clicked the KYBs over to 6 they were at 4 and now I have decent ride height again.
I can,t explain it, I know shocks will not affect ride height, its all in the springs but I swear it raised up.
I am getting an alignment this morning and I will keep an eye on the thing but this is confusing me.

I'm an alignment specialist, make sure you get before and after specs to make sure the job is done right, and I'd like to see them also

I have drag springs on my Z & mine has sat higher front & back since I put them on. About 4" between the tire & quarter panel in the back & about 2" in front

just a thought but could you have maybe installed the rear springs in the front by accident?

Nah, the rear springs and the front are not near the same, you can,t mix em up.
I don,t know anyone who has done the drag launch kit with these KYB AGXs so I don,t know if this is normal, most people have the QA1s and can adjust their ride height.
I had to drive to see the exhaust man today and dicuss my true duals setup and it seems to be allright driving I just have to watch out for low spots and speed bumps.
The mufflers are the only thing really giving me a problem so I think once I get the true duals done I should be alot better off.
I am running 15x5 Pro Stars up front so this may be contributing to my lowness.
I will measure how much gap I have between the tire and the fender and let you guys know.

Here is a pic of my car with the new suspension setup.
Does it look low for a Drag Launch kit?
I measured 2 1/2 inches of gap from the tire to the fender.

I think some of this is due to the 15x5 Welds on the front.
My 16 inch salad shooters and Potenzas are a larger diameter.
Oh well, getting exhaust done soon so it should help the problem, I am only scraping the header mufflers so the true dual setup I discussed with my exhaust guy today should cure alot of the problem.
