i replaced my egr valve last year.. and the guy that changed it for me told me it was really bad and all broken.. so after i changed it i noticed a big change in power.. today i tried to check to see if it is working or not.. so i simply took that black tube off and tested with my finger to see if it sucks or not.. and nothing,, i dunno if this is the right test or not.. also i noticed that the plug that was connected to the valve had only one single wire. is it supposed to have one single wire or is the other one rippsed or something.. here is a picture. http://shbox.com/1/egr1.jpg
can someone help my by refering to the picture and also tell me how to test to see if the egr valve is working correctly or not..? btw i cant figure it out from the engine light .. cuz mine has been on for a while cuz of my o2 sensors.
