How's it going! hope all is well with you

From one engineer to another, I don't feel my comment was speculation. Most of it was factual. I suppose I went into a bit more detail then needed regarding how the exhaust gas react. My post wasn't intended to push sales of plates. I was merely elaborating on shoebox's comment of detonation and the egr's function. I will delete though as I certainly do not want to come off as selling plates was my main function if that is how you or others were reading it.
