Finally got around to pulling off the intake manifold today...me and my bud had it off in about 45 minutes, now im stuck...Im putting on all the EGR block off plates (the 3 piece set from SJM manufactring...great pieces btw)...and i cant get the bolt off...number 16 in this diagram from shoebox's page LINK Anyone have any tips for getting it off? Gonna give it another try when i get home from work. Sorry for the lengthy post.

 

I don't know about anybody else but I took that off from the bottom of the car. Had to move the transmission oil dipstick tube. Maybe there's a better way?
