EGR is on the backside of the intake and the airpump is on the driver side of the engine bay. Remember that you will need to have your PCM reprogrammed to avoid the SES light from flashing. Go to shoebox's website for a better idea of component locations http://shbox.com/1/component_location_views.html

I always hate to be the person that says "try a search", but this question seems to get asked and answered at least once a week.

That said, on your 95, as long as there is a good fuse in the AIR pump power supply, you can disconeect/remove the pump and not get a code or an SES. For the EGR, there's about a 90% possibility you will not get a code or a light for the deleted system, because the OBD-I diagnostic does not seem as sensitive as the OBD-II diagnostic. But it is possible you will get a code/SES.

As far as the specifics of the blocking plates and vacuum caps required, "try a search"

I went the route of removing the air pump, and all the EGR and emmissions stuff... You need to buy or make the 2 plates for the back of the intake to block off the big holes left after removing that bs..Plus you need to block off any vacuum lines
