can anyone tell me how to block off my EGR, and disconect my air pump.

 

For the Air pump you have to unbolt it and remove. If you want to remove the metal line that wraps around the front of the motor you will have to cut it out with a cut off wheel , I used a dremel with the wand attachment. For the egr you need to unbolt the line on the rear of the intake. The you need to make or buy a block off plate. I used used some 16 g aluminum that I had and made a plate. I used some red rtv to make a good seal. Also put vacume caps on the intake where you removed the egr vacume lines.
Just currious , Why do you wan't to remove this stuff? It doesn't hurt anything. I had to remove it because of the headers that I bought sucked and nothing would hook up right. So I capped the immision fittings.

 

What year is your car? If you have a 96-97 OBD-II car, you'll see an SES light once you hack off those two systems.
