I'm trying to find a problem with the EGR not working in order to pass smog here in CA. I have vacuum to the egr solenoid and none from the solenoid to the EGR valve. I replaced the solenoid but am still not getting any vacuum to the EGR so it won't open up. I have checked for any blockages and am pulling plenty of vacuum 14 inches at idle and 21 cruising. Any ideas ?
