egr

ok so i have the intake off my 94 z28 and im blocking the egr...i blocked off the hole in the intake for it but what do yall guys do with the censor that plugs into it??? do yall leave the egr valve on it with the blockoff plate under it

Why are you blocking it off ? I blocked mine off becuase I couldn't hook it up to my headers (bad fitment issues) I only blocked off the EGR tube that goes to the manifold , I left the EGR solenoid on the intake ,unhooked the vacuum line to the manifold and caped both. I also left the solenoid plugged in because it gave me an ses light unplugged.

You can remove the solenoid man. Just un plug it and pull it. Your pcm will throw a faulty EGR solenoid code till you get it programmed out.
