egr?

when you get rid of the egr valve and everything what do you do with the little black vacuum box or whatever it is i know u block off th intake vacuum but what you do with the little black box that the sensor plugs in

If your talking about the plug on the drivers side rear of intake with 2 vacuum lines running into it, I just blocked off (plugged) the line where it connected to egr and then put it back on so I could hook up the electrical connector to it.

If you have OBD1 computer you shouldnt get any codes. Make sure theres a good seal i.e no vacuum leak. OBD2 might get SES light.
